Has Insomniac Games Got Plans For Daredevil?

I think everyone knows Spider-Man has had a few games released in recent years for PlayStation 4 and 5 that have focused on Peter’s life as Spider-Man after 8 years as well as him becoming a teacher to Miles Morales and becoming Spider-Man also.

As is the case with movies, games tend to be filled with easter eggs and Spider-Man was no different. From the Wakandan Embassy to multiple other Marvel-related easter eggs. One of the easter eggs from the first game was Matt Murdock’s law office which you saw the sign on the front of the building.

Now, in case you somehow missed it, Spider-Man 2 has recently been released and once again the game is filled with easter eggs from being able to do the Wakandan Salute at the Wakandan Embassy to having a suit that looks like Wolverine.

One notable missing Easter egg or should I say “changed” is the Daredevil easter egg. As seen in the image above, you can quite clearly tell that it reads “Nelson and Murdock Attorneys At Law”. That has now changed within the game, as seen below.

Now you might notice that the plaque now has no writing on it and even more so if you look to the right, you’ll see a notice of eviction sign on the door. Now, when Bryan Intihar was asked about this, he couldn’t give a definite answer as to why, all he said was “Stay tuned. Good find though.”

Now, could this be a hint towards seeing Daredevil? Most likely not. Could it mean seeing Murdock? Possibly. Within the game, there is a piece of dialogue that states something about a lawyer. So taking that dialogue and the quote Bryan Intihar said, it’s possible we might see Murdock show up in a piece of DLC in the near future.

While I would love a Daredevil game from Insomniac Games and they do have the foundation there, the map, and the physics from Spider-Man, they could easily do it. The only thing I’m assuming is stopping them is simply the Wolverine game.

Another thing is it could simply be removed by a request from Disney as they are using Daredevil for a TV series. I don’t think this is the case though, I think it’s just something they didn’t add and if we do get Murdock showing up, I’ll be extremely hyped for it.

They could simply do a situation like the No Way Home movie. Have Murdock come into it to be Peter’s lawyer. We know in the main game Peter went off the rails as Spider-Man so people could easily want to sue him.
