The Good & The Bad
The Good
1. Constantine arrives in hell and is immediately spotted by someone he sent to hell. He goes searching for Ray’s soul but runs into a demon who informs Constantine that every demon is looking for him.
2. Neron goes back to 2019 and starts to live life as Ray Palmer. He even goes as far as creating a whole new tech company PalmerX and releases a app which sends people to hell.
2. Constantine makes his way to the devil and the devil gives him a choice of which soul he wants to save, Ray’s soul or the soul of Astra… Constantine chooses Astra’s.
The Bad
1. Gary is using the fairy godmother for personal wishes. He wished for a massage and other items for his office. He also wish for his nipple back and a 3rd nipple. He wanted Sara, Ava and Nora to be wished infront of him so he can do a book club.
2. The fairy godmother manipulates Gary into getting revenge on the Legends. He wish for Mick to be a baby so Mick started sucking on a dummy, Nate to look like high school Gary and Sara and Ava to tap dance. The great assassin that once was Sara Lance has been resorted to being a comedic act in this series.
3. Fairy godmother tricks Nora into taking her curse, Fairy godmother becomes dressed in black while Nora becomes Gary’s fair godmother. Nora is then wished for by Gary and he sends her to hell.
Holy Shit Moment
The holy shit moment comes when the devil turns on Constantine and a female appears and starts speaking to him. This is adult Astra so Constantine begs her to come back to earth but Astra doesn’t want to return.
Charlie saves all the magical creatures in the bureau and then goes back to save Mona, she saves her but sacrifices herself to Neron, She’ll now become part of Neron’s plan for the finale.
Verdict
Comedic scenes are great but this series pushes that too far. forced humor. Only good scenes were Charlie, Neron and Constantine scenes. Average episode.
