Peacemaker “Need I Say Door” Review

Season 2 Episode 4 – “As ARGUS searches for the QUC, Harcourt receives an offer from Flag – which comes at a cost to Peacemaker.”

Please note, our reviews are based on likes and dislikes. These contain significant spoilers. If you haven’t already watched the episode, we recommend that you click off the article and come back once you have watched the episode. Enjoy!

What I Liked

1. The ARGUS tactical team infiltrates Peacemaker’s house while Peacemaker makes a run for the hills with Eagley. Peacemaker gets attacked by Judomaster, and Economos knocks out the eagle killer by pushing him against a rock

2. Economos has to crack the code on Peacemaker’s door while buying Peacemaker time to move the doorway into other dimensions. Peacemaker has gone and hid at his grandfather’s cabin and begins to use the alien tech to move the door.

3. Harcourt is just fighting her days away because now she’s not working for ARGUS, she has nothing better to do than to drink and to fight, so what better place is there than some rough bars?

4. Adebayo is trying to explain to Peacemaker that maybe he is right where he belongs, as it’s not truly him over in the other dimension, and that god put him where he was meant to be. Peacemaker texts Harcourt to meet up will she turn him in to regain her job?

What I Disliked

The only thing I have to dislike is the lack of “Peacemaker” within this episode. While he was in the episode a bunch, we never truly got to see him do any action or anything like that.

Favorite Moment

My favorite moment was seeing Rick Flag Sr go to Harcourt with a proposition. To get her life back, her work, and not to be black balled, she would need to bring ARGUS and Rick, Peacemaker.

Standout Character

I’m going to give this to Economos. He was a standout and one of the only ones who stood with Peacemaker while ARGUS hunted him.

Verdict

Overall, not a great episode. While I have no doubt the next episode will be action-packed. This episode felt a tad weird, even for a Peacemaker episode. The only good parts were ARGUS and Rick Flag Sr.
