Season 2 Episode 5 – “Wolverine, Morph, and a motley crew of old rivals face off against Weapon X’s latest experiment.”

What I Liked
1. The opening of the episode saw Wolverine’s team flying to find the base where the new Weapon X is. On the way there, the helicopter takes a hit and crashes; we see one of the team get impaled on a branch while the rest of them survive. They are then attacked by a bear, which Sabretooth easily takes down.
2. Morph is such a great character; the fact that within this series he’s able to turn into characters and use their powers, such as Thor, Deadpool, and even in this episode when he turns into the Fantastic Four’s The Thing. Honestly, I need to see more and more of Morph.
3. I do like how powerful they made Omega Red, to the point where the team wanted to leave. I liked how we got to see Omega Red vs Spider-Man, although it was Morph, and I do like how the team managed to get Wolverine his adamantium back, and we saw him absolutely wreck everything in his way; the Logan we know is back!!!
What I Disliked

Favorite Moment
My favorite moment would be when they find Omega Red, the room fills with smoke, and things begin to attack them, including a mutated Wolverine, who kills one of the team members. Sabretooth tries to burn him but gets thrown into the Omega Red tank, which causes him to get released.
Standout Character
The standout for me personally was Morph. He came in amazingly with the different characters like Deadpool, The Thing, and Spider-Man.

Overall, a fantastic and emotional episode. The story was absolutely emotional for Wolverine. The action was second to none.
