Marvel has released the trailer for their upcoming animated zombie series “Marvel Zombies”, a four-episode series which will debut this month on Disney+. The trailer begins with a warning that “the following preview is rated TV-MA”, officially venturing Marvel into adult animation for the first time.
Some Marvel Cinematic Universe actors are reprising their roles as their live-action characters. Elizabeth Oslen, Paul Rudd, Florence Pugh, David Harbour, Tessa Thompson, Simu Liu, Awkwafina, Hailee Steinfeld, Wyatt Russell, Randall Park, Iman Vellani, and Dominique Thonre will all be voicing their characters.
“In Marvel Zombies, after the Avengers are overtaken by a zombie plague, a desperate group of survivors discovers the key to bringing an end to the super-powered undead, racing across a dystopian landscape and risking life and limb to save the world.”
Marvel Zombies was created by Bryan Andrews and Zeb Wells. The series will be executive-produced by Kevin Feige, Louis D’Esposito, Brad Winderbaum, Dana Vasquez-Eberhardt, Bryan Andrews, and Zeb Wells.
Blade Knight is voiced by Todd Williams in the series; other characters within the series are Spider-Man, Okoye, Hawkeye, and many more.
The series begins on September 24, 2025, and will consist of 4 episodes.
