On June 2, Insomniac Games will be returning to PlayStation’s State of Play event. Kicking off the show with Marvel’s Wolverine. Finally, after years of waiting, we’re finally getting more information revealed ahead of its September release.
Obviously, we’ve be getting a new trailer for the game, and more information, but some things I would like to is the pre-order date. I’m going to go out on a limb and say that it will be out for pre-order after the event.
A new look at the mechanics in the game. Obviously, we’ve seen some in the previous trailer, but a better in-depth look at the mechanics and how they look. Especially the healing mechanic. I want to see the healing factor in place.
I would like to see what the pre-order bonuses are for a deluxe edition and collectors’ editions of the game. I want to know what suits, bonuses, etc., all look like, and the price of the editions, to make me question which edition to go with.
I would like to see a few more moments with the side characters and get more information on why they are involved within the game, and I would like to see a surprise character revealed in this trailer. From the leaks, we know there are a few more characters to be shown.
Lastly, I would like to know when this game takes place, what Earth this is on, and if there are any other heroes on this Earth. As we saw with Spider-Man, there were hints at Avengers, Daredevil, Jessica Jones, and more.
