What I Liked

1. I do like how each X-Men team is split into the past and the future, with one thing in common… Apocalypse. Bishop takes the past while Forge takes the future. Can the two get the X-Men back to the present without hassle and in time to put the world right? Forge is immediately attacked when he arrives in the future.

2. I do like how the X-Men have had to adapt to the future. Donning some of the future clothing while surviving in this new timeline, Forge explains to the X-Men that they do not know who or what has split the X-Men up into different timelines, and the main reason why.

3. Jean, Scott, and Nathan all take on the Four Horsemen while the rest of the X-Men arrive to give them the backup that is truly needed. We get to see a cameo by Thor, but it’s just Morph using his abilities. The team manages to get onto the train and defeat the Horsemen.

What I Disliked

Nothing to dislike.

Favorite Moment

My favorite moment would be how easily the Four Horsemen of Apocalypse took down Cyclops and Jean Grey and managed to take Nathan Summers.

Standout Character

The standout character would be Nathan; he truly came into his own as a man and became the hero the X-Men needed.

Amazing

The first episode of season 2 laid the grownwork of what will be a time twisting season. The villain Apocalypse seems to be a true threat to the X-Men. Looking forward to the rest of the season. The action was decent and the story was fairly good.
