Eyes of Wakanda “Lost and Found” Review

Season 1 Episode 3 – “A powerful stowaway infiltrates the Golden City and threatens the secrets kept within.”

What I Liked

1. The episode begins in China, 1400 A.D, where we see a Wakandan sneak around a Chinese city to steal a piece of Wakandan technology. The Wakandan manages to get to his ship and make his way back to Wakanda, easy as that, right?

2. An Iron Fist invades Wakanda looking for Basha. The Iron Fist gets led to a room full of warriors. The Iron Fist then proceeds to take down all the warriors with ease. Iron Fist manages to escape the room and continues the hunt for Basha.

3. The Iron Fist is the woman whom Basha used to steal the vibranium in China. We get a flashback scene of just how Basha managed to pull off infiltrating the city where they had the artifact containing vibranium.

4. Basha tells the high council leader that this whole mess was a plan by Ebo to test the facility of Wakanda in the case of a real intruder, which leads Ebo to get a promotion and will be heading into the field for real.

What I Disliked

Nothing to report.

Favorite Moment

My favorite moment would be when we see Basha and the Iron Fist have a fight to stop the Iron Fist from stealing back the artifact. The fight is pretty impressive, with Basha using some Wakandan tech while the Iron Fist uses her powers.

Standout Character

Honestly, I’m giving this to Iron Fist (Jorani). She was fantastic, and she was truly a skilled fighter. The mantle of Iron Fist is always interesting.

Verdict

Honestly, a really good episode that focused on seeing an intruder coming into Wakanda to grab an artifact back, as the Iron Fist believes it was stolen by Wakanda. The story was decent, and the action was better.
