The final trailer for James Gunn’s upcoming Superman film has been released ahead of its opening on July 11.
Superman is the first feature film to hit cinemas from DC studios. The film, which is directed by James Gunn and stars David Corenswet as Superman and Rachel Brosnahan as Lois Lane, begins the new slate of DC Studios and begins a fresh take on the DC characters.
The trailer showcases more of Superman fighting a Kaiju as well as taking a beating while saving some civilians. It also teases a little feud with Guy Gardner. The trailer also showcases more of the side heroes, such as Mr. Terrific and Guy Gardner.
The trailer mainly has a voice-over from Nicholas Hoult, who will be portraying the iconic Lex Luthor. The cast is rounded out by Edi Gathegi, Anthony Carrigan, Nathan Fillion, Isabela Merced, Skyler Gisondo, Sara Sampaio, Maria Gabriela de Faria, Wendell Pierce, Alan Tudyk, Pruitt Taylor Vince, and Neva Howell.
Honestly, I’ve been excited for this movie since it was announced that James would be directing. I can not wait to see this movie when it releases in cinemas next month.
