Obviously, Marvel has their own roadmap of movies, most likely set for the next 10-15 years, but we can always have a “what if” conversation about what movies we wish we could have seen within the Marvel cinematic universe.
There are many stories I would have liked to see adapted to a movie, but my 2 movies that I would have liked to see would have been a World War 2 movie. Now, you could say we have already had this with the first Captain America movie, and you would be correct, but it’s not what I meant.
We know Captain America served in World War II, but so did other heroes as well. There was a story that Captain America received help from Namor himself, and the two fought together within World War 2 against Red Skull.
Captain America also could have had help from Wolverine, as we know Logan has fought in countless wars. Imagine a movie where we see a peak cinema team-up with Captain America, Wolverine, Bucky, and Namor?
Another movie I would have liked to see would have been Wakanda’s origin. Now this is simply because of a recent rewatch of Black Panther. The opening narrative from that movie gave fans a tease, but what if we got a movie to showcase it?
I would like to have seen a movie where we see the tribes before the meteor arrives, the civil war that broke out, and the origin of the first Black Panther. At this point, this would make for a decent animated show.
