Eternals First Official Teaser Trailer Released

Marvel Studios has finally released an official teaser trailer for Eternals. The upcoming film is headed to theaters later this year.

Marvel’s Eternals takes place after the events of Avengers Endgame and the film will involve both the Celestials and the Deviants both groups are part of Marvel’s cosmic side of characters.

The movie is being directed by Chloé Zhao and Zhao also wrote the screenplay for the upcoming cosmic film.

The Eternals cast includes Angelina Jolie as Thena, Richard Madden as Ikaris, Kumail Nanjiani as Kingo, Lauren Ridloff as Makkari, Brian Tyree Henry as Phastos, Salma Hayek as Ajak, Lia McHugh as Sprite, Don Lee as Gilgamesh, Gemma Chan as Sersi, and Barry Keoghan as Druig. Kit Harrington also stars as Dane Whitman, a human who possesses a magic sword that transforms him into the Black Knight.

The movie was originally set to be released on November 6, 2020, before it was moved to February 12, 2021, and moved again until November 5, 2021, because of the COVID-19 pandemic. The movie will be part of Phase Four of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

While I am glad we finally have a trailer for the upcoming movie, I’m just not excited for it, I understand why it had to be delayed but we at least should have had a trailer months ago, the movie has been finished for a while, Marvel should have released a trailer to keep the excitement high, I’ve spoken to a few people who are in the same boat as me.
