Warner Bros has released the second trailer for the upcoming sequel, Mortal Kombat II. The trailer, which showcases a lot of Johnny Cage, has revealed some more fight scenes from the rest of the characters from this universe.
The fan favorite champions, and Johnny Cage, are pitted against one another in the ultimate, no-holds-barred, gory battle to defeat the dark rule of Shao Khan that threatens the very existence of the Earthrealm and its defenders.
Karl Urban joins Adelaine Rudolph, Jessica McNamee, Josh Lawson, Ludi Lin, Mehcad Brooks, Tati Gabrielle, Lewis Tan, Damon Herriman, Chin Han, Tadanobu Asano, Joe Taslim, and Hiroyuki Sanada.
Director Simon McQuoid returns to follow up on his explosive 2021 movie, with a screenplay written by Jeremy Slater.
Mortal Kombat II releases in theaters and IMAX on May 8th.
