Venom has a new film releasing about the character. The studio behind the Marvel anti-hero movies is developing its first animated movie.
Zach Lipovsky and Adam B. Stein, the duo behind the last Final Destination: Bloodlines to direct the project.
Amy Pascal, Avi Arad, and Matt Tolmach, who all worked on the Venom movies, will produce the feature.

Tom Hardy, who starred in the live-action movies, has provided the voice for Venom and is involved in the animated movie as a producer, as well as Kelly Marcel, his go-to screenwriter for the live-action movies.
While no writer is attached to the project, although Sony’s animation arm, Sony Pictures Animation, is opening up a writers’ room to develop a script or takes.
For me personally, I loved the Venom live-action movies, and those movies have provided me with a new fondness for the character, so anything involving Venom I am all for. This animated movie should give more freedom to the Symbiote.
