With the upcoming animated show “Marvel Zombies” releasing on Disney+ soon, I’ll explain the three reasons why I’m excited for this, as well as more animated shows coming from Marvel.
3. The Adult Themes
With Marvel Zombies being rated TV-MA and being pushed into the adult animation it means that the series can be that much more brutal and bloody, something we truly have not seen with any aspect of Marvel other than the recent Deadpool and Wolverine movie.
2. Marvek Zombies coming to life
As someone who is a huge fan of the Marvel Zombies storyline from the comics, seeing a Marvel Zombies adaptation coming to animation is incredible. Although I do wish we could see the original story from the comics being adapted, I’ll take any zombies I can get.
1. MCU Actors returning
This may be a niche reason, but having the actors from within the MCU return to voice their characters is a huge part of why I’m excited. You know, sometimes when a live-action actor doesn’t reprise their role in an animated series kind of takes away from the character, take Spider-Man for example.
