The Boys universe is set to expand even further past Gen V, but this time, we head towards the prequel stage of The Boys.
‘Vought Rising’ will show us the origins of the company and how we got to where we’re at today. It will feature some names we’re already familiar with, including Jensen Ackles’ Soldier Boy and Aya Cash’s Stormfront. It makes sense that these 2 will be at the forefront, considering we’re already aware of some of their backstories and history with Vought.

We’ve seen Jensen Ackles as Soldier Boy. We will see his Supernatural co-star, Jared Padalecki, in the upcoming 5th and final season of The Boys. Misha Collins will also be a part of the final season.
Now we’ve got Mark Pellegrino (he played Lucifer in Supernatural), who’ll be part of Vought Rising. He was part of the casting announcement. There were more actors cast as well:

We have little news on what these characters will be up to, but we know it’ll be just as wild as it always is with this franchise.
According to reports, it appears as though the show has just started filming. This means we’ll have a while to wait before this comes to Prime.
I am happy that the franchise is continuing into another show. The Boys and Gen V have been fantastic. It’s gonna be sad to say goodbye to The Boys in its final season.
