What I Liked
1. I do like how Andor is sort of bringing in the early days of Yavin, where we see the Rebellion being located in the original movies. Yavin is one of the best locations in Star Wars so the more I see of it, the better.
2. I actually really like how the events on Ghorman have been now spoken about in Coruscant. The movement, the rebellion, is actually making a mark and getting more and more under the skin of the Empire.
3. Bix takes Cassian to see a “healer” for his injured shoulder. Now, I’m unclear, but I believe that this is a legit Force user that can heal. While Cassian does not believe it, Bix does believe in her healing abilities. Could this be a true Jedi?
4. I like how we are slowly going into a big mission with Cassian, who is slowly taking the steps to becoming who we see him as in Rogue One.
What I Disliked
The only thing I can think of that I dislike in this episode was simply the lack of action.
Favorite Moment
My favorite moment was seeing Dedra get the Imperial army on Ghorman and pretty much take control of it. Curfew, soldiers, checkpoints, and more.
Standout Character
I’m going to give this to Cassian. No one truly stood out within this episode.
Verdict
Overall, a solid beginning to what will hopefully be a decent mission with Cassian and the Rebellion. While the story was alright, the lack of action within this episode truly hurt it. I do like how we’re slowly building into what we see in the original trilogy.
