Spider-Man 2 has been a huge success with fans but New Game+ was missing from launch.
We were expecting this feature to be launched towards the end of 2023 but Insomniac released a statement after the new year explaining things will be pushed back.
We’re unsure if the pushback was due to the huge leak or if Insomniac wanted to add more to the update than just New Game+.
We are now not only receiving the feature but also getting brand new suits for Peter Parker and Miles Morales, which is only a positive for fans who’ll be returning to the game.
I loved the story but I never wanted to go back and play it again while starting from scratch, more so considering I have the platinum trophy so I have everything unlocked. As a side note for those trophy hunters, if we follow the same protocol as the original Spider-Man game then the New Game+ update should come with brand-new trophies to unlock.
Either way, I can’t wait to get suited up again tomorrow. Will you be playing New Game+ when it comes tomorrow?
