Star Wars: The Clone Wars Spin-off “The Bad Batch” Receives a Premiere Date

The Clone Wars season 7 released and it was very special to many Star Wars fans for the simple fact that it finally finished the series, it finally showcased finished episodes which we had only seen unfinished episodes for.

Early on in season 7, we got introduced to the Bad Batch where we saw them team up with Anakin, Captain Rex, and Commander Cody to go on a rescue mission to save Echo, a fellow Clone believed to be killed in battle.

But after seeing The Bad Batch’s arc in season 7 many fans were left with many unanswered questions such as Did the Bad Batch carry out Order 66 or Did they disobey the order.

Now we have our premiere date for the series which is Tuesday, May 4th. Otherwise known as Star Wars day. It’s quite fitting if I’m honest.

While the plot details for the series are still unknown but the latest trailer did hint at what is about to come.

“Disney has announced that Star Wars: The Bad Batch will premiere on Tuesday, May 4th. Per the official synopsis, “Star Wars: The Bad Batch” follows the elite and experimental clones of the Bad Batch (first introduced in “The Clone Wars”) as they find their way in a rapidly changing galaxy in the immediate aftermath of the Clone War. Members of Bad Batch—a unique squad of clones who vary genetically from their brothers in the Clone Army – each possess a singular exceptional skill that makes them extraordinarily effective soldiers and a formidable crew.”

I can not wait to see what The Bad Batch gets up to in their series, what happens to them in Order 66 and beyond order 66.
