A few months back The CW announced a show based on Supergirl’s cousin, Superman. They filmed the pilot and now we have a date and more information about the show.
Superman and Lois will premier in January 2021, The show will be on a Tuesday and will be shown straight after The Flash.
Along with a date, we also got told that Superman will crossover with another CW superhero and no, it’s not Supergirl, It’s Batwoman. The two shows will have a small 2-hour crossover next season.
Along with information on Superman and Lois, it was also revealed that All the CW DCTV shows will return in January instead of October which means the shows will all be delayed.
Supergirl is slated to return in late spring/summer of 2021 with Melissa Benoist being pregnant.
Some smaller Superman and Lois show news, there has been a few castings, the main one being Lana Lang. She’ll have a husband and daughter in the show. We don’t know if Jon Cryer will be in the show but I should imagine we’ll see him on it at some point down the road.
