What I Liked

1. This episode begins with a big fight feel to it. The X-Men know that they will need to fight and we see them all getting ready to do that. We saw Storm and Forge saving Sunspot and Jubilee from some humans. We also get to see the confrontation between Scott and Charles.

2. Magneto’s speech to the X-Men was truly motivational. He asks who will join him in a new Genosia. He also said they are only at this point now because they walked the path that Charles made. Rogue joins him causing the X-Men to be shocked and Sunspot also joins Magneto.

3. While the Gold team is fighting Sentinels on the ground, Forge and Storm are fighting them in the air. Morph being Morph morphs into the INCREDIBLE HULK!! We see Hulk absolutely wreck shop with some Sentinels while Jean is facing Mister Sinister.

4. Jean shows Scott a vision of Cable attacking her which causes the distraction for Wolverine to take his helmet. While Charles tries to stop Magneto, Scott uses his powers on Charles. When Magneto is crushing Carles head with his own helmet, Wolverine stabs Magneto through the back. This is when we see one of the biggest moments happen between Wolverine and Magneto… Magneto literally rips the adamantium from Wolverine’s bones.

What I Disliked

Nothing to report.

Favorite Moment

My favorite moment would be when the blue team goes to Magneto’s base to stop him. We see Sunspot fight Jubilee while Wolverine takes on Rogue. Forge takes a hit in the ship while Storm tries to save his ship she also takes a blast.

Standout Character

The standout character for me would be Wolverine. He was the only one who managed to do real damage to Magneto and went through the most pain in this episode.

Verdict

It’s a continuation of great episodes from the previous episode. This two-part episode run has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. Seeing this episode play out and having it be a civil war between mutants while also fighting Sentinels was great. We also got a look at the Incredible Hulk.
